Privacy notice.

Short version: we only collect what we need to ship you a posture corrector and improve the site. You can change your mind anytime. This notice covers what we do, why, and how to make us stop.

Who we are

KELYR is operated by Yohan Pouliot, a sole proprietor based in Saint-Georges, Québec, Canada. This notice complies with Quebec Law 25 and the EU GDPR. Our privacy officer is Yohan Pouliot, reachable at privacy@kelyr.com.

What we collect

• Order data. Name, shipping address, email, phone, order details. Needed to ship and support your order.
• Payment data. Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only the last 4 digits.
• Support messages. Your email exchanges with us.
• Site analytics (optional). Anonymous traffic via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. Loaded only after you consent.
• Ad measurement (optional). Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel events (PageView, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout). Loaded only after you consent.

Why we use it

• Fulfill your order (contractual necessity).
• Provide customer support, handle returns, run the 30-day refund.
• Comply with tax and accounting law.
• Measure what marketing works — only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years (Canada Revenue Agency requirement). Support messages: 2 years. Anonymous analytics: 14 months max.

Who sees it

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS certified).
• Our fulfillment partner — shipping only (name + address).
• Google Analytics — anonymous traffic metrics (optional, consent-gated).
• Meta / TikTok — ad event measurement (optional, consent-gated).
• We never sell your data. Ever.

Your rights

Under Law 25 and GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data — see what we have.
• Correct it — fix anything wrong.
• Delete it — we'll remove everything not required by tax law.
• Port it — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — stop analytics/marketing tracking at any time.
• Complain — to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you think we're mishandling things.

Cookies

Essential cookies (cart, session) are always on — the site breaks without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default until you accept. You can change your preferences from the cookie banner or by clearing the kelyr-consent-v1 entry in your browser storage.

Data transfers outside Quebec

Stripe, Google, Meta and TikTok process data outside Quebec. We've assessed their safeguards (DPAs, Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable). Your order and support data stays in Canada.

Changes to this notice

If we change anything material, we'll email registered customers and post a notice on the site at least 30 days before changes take effect.
