Times are indicative. Carriers occasionally hit weather delays, customs queues, or holiday backlogs. We track every package; if yours is more than 7 days past the upper estimate, email support@kelyr.com and we'll trace or replace.
Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that or on weekends ship the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier picks up the package.
Every order includes a tracking number. The carrier email goes to whatever address you provided at checkout. If you don't see it within 48 hours of order confirmation, check your spam folder, then reach out to support.
Inside Canada: no customs, no duties.
US, EU, UK, AU and rest of world: import duties or local sales taxes (VAT, GST) may be owed at delivery. These are your responsibility, not ours — they vary by country and value threshold. We declare the actual purchase price on the customs label; we do not under-declare to help you dodge duties (it's illegal and triggers seizures).
For most countries, a $49 corrector falls below the de minimis threshold and incurs no duty. Higher-value orders to the EU may trigger VAT (typically 19–25% of declared value).
Risk transfers to you on physical delivery to your designated address — not when the package leaves our warehouse. This is per article 19 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. If the package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.
If you spot a typo right after ordering, email us within 30 minutes. We can correct addresses that haven't been picked up by the carrier. After pickup, we depend on the carrier's reroute service (sometimes available, sometimes not). If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we re-ship at your cost or refund minus the original shipping fee.
All items in one order ship together in a single package. We don't split orders unless something is genuinely out of stock (we'll email first).
Carriers lose roughly 0.1% of packages. If your tracking has been stuck on the same status for more than 7 business days past the upper delivery estimate, email us. We open a trace with the carrier and either:

P.O. boxes work fine in Canada and US. Military APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS. Hold-at-post-office requests can be added in checkout notes.
