Terms of sale & use.

The deal between you and KELYR: how an order works, who pays for what, when refunds happen, and what you agree to by using this site. We've kept it short. Where it matters, we've kept it precise.

1. Who you're dealing with

KELYR is operated by Yohan Pouliot ("we", "us"), a sole proprietor based in Saint-Georges, Québec, Canada. Registered office: 1555 95e Rue, Saint-Georges (Québec) G5Y 8J1. Contact: support@kelyr.com. See our legal notice for full identification details.

By placing an order or using this site, you ("you", "the customer") accept these Terms in full.

2. The product

KELYR sells posture correctors. Product descriptions and photos on this site are provided in good faith but minor variations in colour, stitching or batch are normal. Stock is limited. If we can't fulfill an order after you've paid, we refund within 7 days.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in CAD. Canadian customers see GST/QST added at checkout. International customers may owe import duties or local taxes — those are your responsibility, not ours. We display the final amount before you confirm payment.

4. How an order works

  1. You add a corrector to your cart and enter shipping + billing details.
  2. Stripe processes the payment. We never see your full card number.
  3. You receive an order confirmation by email — that email is your contract with us. Keep it.
  4. We ship within 1–3 business days from Montreal. Tracking link follows.
  5. Delivery: 3–7 business days in Canada, 7–14 days US, 10–21 days international. Indicative — carrier delays happen.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, or shipping outside our zone. If we cancel, we refund in full within 7 days.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any method offered by Stripe at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Your card data never touches our servers.

6. Shipping & risk transfer

Risk passes to you when the package is physically delivered to you or to a person you've designated — not when it leaves our warehouse. Per article 19 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact support@kelyr.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We replace or refund.

7. Refunds (no return required)

You have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund to your original payment method. No physical return is required — you keep the corrector. One email to support@kelyr.com with your order number triggers the refund within 24 hours. The detailed mechanics, exclusions (fraud, repeat abuse) and statutory warranty rights past 30 days are in our refund policy — those terms form part of this agreement.

8. Warranty

Every KELYR corrector is covered by:

9. Using this site

You agree to use KELYR.shop in good faith. That means:

Violations let us suspend your access without notice and pursue legal remedies.

10. Intellectual property

The KELYR name, logo, copy, photography, illustrations, code, and design system are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You can browse and screenshot for personal use. You can't copy the site, repackage it, or use KELYR branding without written permission.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice. It's part of these terms by reference.

12. Liability

Within the limits of Quebec law, KELYR is not liable for:

This does not limit our liability for gross negligence, intentional fault, or bodily harm caused by the product — those statutory protections (articles 1474–1475 Civil Code of Quebec) cannot be waived.

13. Force majeure

If a strike, natural disaster, war, pandemic, or similar event prevents us from delivering, we're released from those obligations for the duration. We'll keep you informed by email.

14. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of our registered office. Consumers retain the protections of their local mandatory law (Quebec Consumer Protection Act remains untouchable).

Before going to court, you can file a complaint with the Office de la protection du consommateur du Québec.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes get announced on the homepage.

16. Acceptance

Checking the "I accept the terms of sale" box at checkout means you've read this page and accept it without reservation.
