How long before I see a change?
Most wearers notice the first visual shift in the mirror between day 5 and day 10. Full postural retraining takes 6 to 8 weeks of daily wear at two hours per day.
Can I wear it at the office?
Yes. The strap runs flat across your back under a t-shirt, dress shirt or sweater. Colleagues won't notice. Most buyers wear it specifically during their first 2–3 meetings of the day.
Does it hurt the first few days?
Not if you start at 30 minutes and build up. The first session feels like a firm hand between your shoulder blades. Adjust tension down if it pinches — more is not better.
What size if I'm between two?
Size down. The six adjustment points give 15 cm of range each way. A tighter fit gives more consistent correction than a looser one.

S — 70 to 85 cm
M — 85 to 100 cm
L — 100 to 115 cm
XL — 115 to 125 cm
What if I skip a day?
Nothing breaks. Retraining works on cumulative hours, not streaks. Aim for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. Travel and weekends off are fine.
Will it weaken my back muscles long-term?
The opposite. Unlike a passive back brace, KELYR holds your shoulder blades in position while the muscles between them engage to hold the movement. Think of it as a cue, not a crutch. After 6–8 weeks, most wearers only use it for long travel days.
Is it safe with a back injury?
If you have a diagnosed condition (herniated disc, scoliosis past adolescence, recent surgery), consult your physiotherapist or doctor before wearing. KELYR is a posture corrector, not a medical device — it's designed for healthy adults retraining habits, not treating injuries.
How does the 30-day refund work?
If KELYR doesn't change your posture in the mirror within 30 days, email
support@kelyr.com with your order number. Full refund within 24 hours —
