30 days to try KELYR. If your back doesn't change, you get your money back — and you keep the corrector.
No return shipping. No forms. No back-and-forth. We refund the card, you keep the product.
The rule, short version
- 30 days from the day your corrector arrives. The clock starts at delivery, not at order.
- Full refund to the original payment method. No restocking fee, no partial refund.
- No return required. Keep the corrector, gift it, donate it, recycle it — your call.
- One email is enough. No survey, no "please reconsider" thread.
How to claim your refund
- Email support@kelyr.com with your
order number (it starts with
KELYR-and is in your confirmation email). - One sentence is enough: "It didn't work for me, please refund."
- Within 24 hours, we trigger the refund inside Stripe.
- The corrector is yours. No return label, no shipping back.
When the money hits your card
We trigger the refund inside Stripe within 48 hours of your email. From there, your bank controls the timing: 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement. US cards clear faster (2–4 days), some Canadian banks take the full 10. If it hasn't landed by day 10, email us and we'll pull the Stripe trace for you.
Refunds always go back to the original payment method, in the original currency — same card you used at checkout.
Why no return?
Return shipping costs us almost as much as the corrector itself, and inspecting a used product to resell isn't viable. We'd rather refund you and let you keep what you paid for. If the corrector helps a friend, a coworker, or ends up in a donation bin, that's a better outcome than it sitting in a warehouse waiting to be resold.
Damaged or wrong item
If the corrector arrives damaged or you got the wrong size, email support@kelyr.com with a photo. We replace it free, no questions, and you don't need to send the original back.
