By using kelyr.com or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
KELYR is an online store selling posture correctors. We ship from a US warehouse to Canada, the US, and select international destinations.
Orders and payment
- Orders are confirmed by email. If you don't get a confirmation within 1 hour, check spam or contact support@kelyr.com.
- We charge your card at checkout. Currency: USD by default, CAD on request.
- We can refuse or cancel any order — for example, if there's a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issue. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Product info
We do our best to describe products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every detail is error-free. Photos may show slight variations in color or size depending on screen and batch.
Health disclaimer
KELYR is a posture support garment. It is not a medical device and we don't make medical claims. If you have a back condition, talk to your doctor before using it. Stop using it if it causes pain.
Account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password safe. Don't use the site to spam, scrape, attack, or impersonate. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The KELYR name, logo, photos, copy, and design are ours. Don't copy or republish without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, KELYR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of the District of Beauce, Quebec — without prejudice to your rights under the local consumer law of your country of residence.
Changes
We can update these Terms. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
