Where we ship from
Our warehouse is in the United States. Orders are picked and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Where we ship to
- Canada — all provinces.
- United States — all 50 states.
- International — select countries on request. Email support@kelyr.com before ordering if you're outside Canada or the US.
Delivery time

Delivery time = processing (1–2 days) + shipping. We don't ship on Sundays or US public holidays.
Shipping rates
- Canada: $4.99 standard. Free over $60.
- United States: $4.99 standard. Free over $60.
- International: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email support@kelyr.com and we'll investigate.
Customs and duties
For Canadian and US orders, we cover customs and duties — the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
For international orders outside Canada and the US, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes. These are paid by you on delivery and aren't included in our shipping rate.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address is wrong and the package is returned to sender, we re-ship for the cost of a new shipping label. If you spot the error within 1 hour of ordering, email support@kelyr.com — we'll fix it before the package leaves the warehouse.
Lost or damaged package
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you don't have it, wait 48 hours (sometimes it shows up). If it still hasn't arrived, email support@kelyr.com with your order number — we open a carrier claim and either re-ship or refund.
If the package arrives damaged, send a photo to support@kelyr.com. Free replacement, no return needed.
